The warning concerns rivers in the counties of Maramureș, Bistrița-Nasaud, Satu Mare, Suceava, Neamț and Harghita, where rapid runoff and increases in flow and water levels are possible. Code Orange is active on the rivers Tisa, Viseu and Someșul Mare, while Code Yellow is in force on several river sections.
