Environmental engineers from Apele Române are scouring the seabed with sonars and lifeguards will be setting up buoys where there are dangerous stretches. The situation is also being monitored by divers from the Emergency Situations Inspectorate, and data shows that the most dangerous areas are in the north of Mamaia and in Constanța.
