10 am: Sector 3 of the capital, nationally, and Italy, in the Diaspora, lead the turnout in the presidential elections of May 4, 2025

Districts 3, 6 and 2, in that order, dominate the top of the voter turnout in large urban areas in the first round of the presidential election on May 4, 2025. By 10am, 26,688 Romanians had already voted in Sector 3, 26,392 in Sector 6 and 22,730 votes cast in Sector 2. Iași, in 4th place, is the first city in the large urban area to make the top list after the Sectors of the Capital.

In the Diaspora, the podium is made up of Romanians from Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany. In total, 424,669 Romanians have already voted in the Diaspora, where polling started on Friday morning.
