Nicușor Dan, the mayor of the capital Nicușor Dan, the independent candidate in the presidential elections, says his chances of success depend on voter turnout. He stressed that electoral debates must be organized by credible institutions and rejected the idea of avoiding confrontation. Dan emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of dialogue as opposed to hate speech.
