George Simion posted on social media a clip and a photo with Giorgia Meloni, Prime Minister of Italy, highlighting their political link within the European Conservatives and Reformists Party (ECR). Simion recently became ECR vice-president, meeting with the Romanian community in Italy and Italian political leaders, after a visit to Poland, where he met President Andrzej Duda, who is part of the same political family, the ECR.
