The PSD-PNL candidate for the Mayor of Sector 5, Adrian Vigheciu, drove a cart on the unpaved streets in this sector to draw attention to the poor infrastructure.

Two weeks before, Vigheciu walked with a cow near the Parliament Palace to point out the uncut grass. Now, he has resorted to a new unconventional action, taking a cart to highlight the problem of the sector's dirt streets. The candidate hopes to achieve the same effect as with the cow, when his signaling led to the grass being mowed.
