<p>BEC has ruled that USR conducted an illegal electoral campaign for Nicușor Dan, abandoning its official candidate, Elena-Valerica Lasconi. The AUR considers this a victory for the rule of law and democracy, emphasizing that electoral rules must be respected to ensure the transparency of the competition.
