The AEP has issued a warning to all media outlets in Romania, emphasizing the legal ban on publishing exit poll results before the polls close. Under the law, failure to comply with this ban can lead to fines of between 4,500 and 10,000 lei. Polls can only be carried out by institutes accredited by the Central Electoral Bureau. The list is available online.
