In a debate with students, the Minister of Education, Daniel David, discussed the cut of scholarships according to the law no. 141/2025, which will come into force this fall. Students in Timisoara protested against the measure, accusing the Ministry of Education of lack of ownership. David suggested that students might consider a part-time job, recognizing that there is no culture of part-time work among young people.
