Victoriabank has completed the acquisition of Microinvest, thus strengthening its financial ecosystem and expanding the presence of the Transilvania Bank Group in the region.

Victoriabank, part of the Banca Transilvania Group, has completed the acquisition of Microinvest, the largest non-banking lending company in the Republic of Moldova. This transaction, initiated in April 2025, will contribute to strengthening the financial ecosystem around Victoriabank and will leverage the synergies between the two entities. Microinvest will maintain its operational autonomy and business model, continuing to support entrepreneurs in Moldova. This acquisition enhances the Banca Transilvania Group's portfolio in microfinancing.
