Transgaz recorded a double profit in Q1 2025 compared to last year

In the first quarter of 2025, Transgaz reported a profit of 516.6 million lei, double the same period of the previous year. The increase in revenues was influenced by higher tariffs for capacity reservation, higher reserved capacity and revenues from capacity overruns. Transgaz also operates in the Republic of Moldova, providing gas transit through Romania.
