During a meeting at the Victoria Palace, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare analyzed recent developments in the energy products market and their impact on fuel prices. Consultations with major operators in the fuel market in Romania aimed to assess the current situation, identify supply and price risks, as well as analyze the opportunity for additional protective measures for the population and the economy.

The government emphasized that discussions are ongoing regarding the possibility of new legislative interventions, depending on the evolution of prices in the coming weeks. These consultations will continue to ensure an institutional response adapted to the dynamics of the fuel market.
