ROBOR reflects the average interest rate at which banks lend to each other in lei, influenced by market liquidity and the interest rates set by the BNR. The reference index for consumer loans (IRCC) will be 5.55% for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2025, and is expected to rise to 6.07%. The IRCC is calculated quarterly based on the average daily interbank interest rate and is applied with a one-quarter delay.
