The European Commission has presented a second package of proposals for the long-term EU budget, which includes initiatives in essential areas such as justice, nuclear security, and the single market. This package, with a total value of nearly 2 trillion euros, aims to stimulate cooperation among member states, protect consumers, and digitize judicial systems. The proposed programs will support the development and implementation of European policies, including in the field of nuclear energy and combating the counterfeiting of the euro. Commissioner Piotr Serafin emphasized the importance of these initiatives for a more competitive and secure Europe.
