The Competition Council has authorized the acquisition of Engie Building Solutions SRL by Specialized Services Holdings SA

The Competition Council announced on Friday the authorization of the transaction through which Specialized Services Holdings SA intends to acquire Engie Building Solutions SRL. Specialized Services Holdings SA, the parent company of the BMF Group, operates in the field of management and administration of properties.

Engie Building Solutions SRL, part of the Engie Group, offers property management services and EPC solutions for energy efficiency and decarbonization in industrial and commercial buildings. The Council's analysis showed that the transaction will not negatively affect competition in the Romanian market and there are no doubts regarding its compatibility with a normal competitive environment. The final decision will be published on the authority's website after the removal of confidential information.
