The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened the trading session on Tuesday, April 28, on a negative trend, influenced by the political uncertainties generated by the preparation of a censure motion by PSD and AUR against the government led by Ilie Bolojan. About 30 minutes after the start of trading, the turnover reached 14.99 million lei (2.94 million euros). The main index BET, which reflects the performance of the 20 most liquid listed companies, recorded a decrease of 1.16%.

Additionally, the BET-Plus index recorded a decline of 1.13%, while other indices such as BET-XT, BET-BK, BET-NG, and BET-FI recorded decreases between 0.84% and 1.15%. On the AeRO market, the BET AeRO index had a marginal decrease of 0.01%. These fluctuations underline the impact of political uncertainties on the financial market.
