Sika Romania has signed a lease agreement for 4,500 square meters of office and logistics space in ELI Park 4, located in Buftea. The choice of this location was an important strategic decision, given the importance of the Bucharest market and its surroundings. ELI Parks is developed in partnership by Element Group and D Craig Real Estate.
