Rockwool announces an investment of 150 million euros in Romania, aimed at building an independent production line at the factory in Ariceștii Rahtivani, which will more than double the production capacity of basalt wool by 2027. This investment responds to the growing demand for insulation, with Romania being the 5th market in the EU. The new unit will use advanced technology, reducing emissions and supporting decarbonization. Additionally, the expansion will create jobs and strengthen Romania's position as a regional hub.
