ROCA Investments sells 20% stake in Artesana, which tripled its turnover in 2020-2024, to another investment fund

ROCA Investments, part of the Impetum Group, announces its exit from the shareholding in the dairy producer Artesana, selling its 20% stake to another investment fund. The transaction requires the approval of the competent authorities. Between 2020-2024, Artesana has recorded a significant growth, tripling its turnover to an estimated more than RON55m. The company also expanded its processing capacity, inaugurating a new factory following a €6 million investment.
