According to data published by the NBR, the three-month ROBOR rose to 5.81% from 5.75% in the previous session. Also, the IRCC, the benchmark index for consumer loans, reached 5.99% per annum, calculated as the arithmetic average of daily interest rates on interbank transactions in the second quarter of this year.
