According to a real estate.ro analysis, apartment prices recorded significant annual increases, up to 18% in Brasov, 11% in Bucharest, 10% in Cluj and 8.7% in Timisoara. In Bucharest, the average price for new apartments was 1,875 euro/sqm, while Cluj-Napoca remains the most expensive city in the country, with an average price of 2,960 euro/sqm.
