The car manufacturer Renault will reduce its workforce by approximately 3,000 employees, mainly from the human resources, finance, and marketing departments, according to the 'Arrow' plan. Most layoffs will occur at the headquarters in France, but also in international subsidiaries. The company is analyzing cost optimization measures, considering recent losses and increased competition in the automotive market. The new CEO, François Provost, is tasked with improving the financial performance of the group.
