Opus Land Development announces the launch of Cosmopolis Evolia, a residential project located on 270,000 sqm, with an estimated investment of over 200 million euros.

The project will include 250 villas and 200 apartments of various types. The master plan provides for the delivery of approximately 350 units annually, with the aim of creating an extensive community of over 35,000 residents by 2035. So far, investments in Cosmopolis have exceeded 455 million euros.
