One United Properties achieved residential sales and pre-sales of 174 million euros in 2025, down from 227 million euros in 2024, transacting 57,018 square meters of residential and commercial spaces.
The activity in the residential market has slowed down, shifting the focus from volume to quality and location. The company launched sales for the One Academy Club project and observed an 18% increase in the average price per square meter.
At the end of the year, 74% of the units under construction were pre-sold, and One United Properties plans to expand its portfolio in 2026 with new developments in Bucharest and other cities. In the commercial sector, the nominal rent increased to 29.1 million euros, and the occupancy rate was 97%. The company has 3,655 units under construction and 45,500 square meters of commercial spaces, with a total development value of over 1.4 billion euros.
