One United Properties has announced the start of construction for two educational units in sector 2 of Bucharest, with an investment of 27 million euros. The One Academy Club and One Lake District projects will be able to host over 1,000 students, with an extended capacity of 2,000. The first unit, costing 12 million euros, will include a school and kindergarten, while the second, with an investment of 7 million euros, will offer a nursery and school.
