At the General Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2025, One United Properties approved the distribution of the second tranche of dividends, amounting to RON 39.6 million, and the budget for 2025, estimating a turnover of RON 1.55 billion. The company reported a net profit of 372.6 million lei for 2024 and maintained a stable dividend policy, with a 2.5% increase. All board members were re-elected, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable growth.
