Nvidia, with a market capitalization of $4.14 trillion, will buy Intel shares at a price of $23.28 per share, collaborating to develop custom chips for PCs and data centers. Intel, which had higher revenues than Nvidia three years ago, has suffered losses due to poor management. This collaboration will integrate Nvidia and Intel architectures, improving solutions for enterprise and consumer markets. The companies did not specify a timeline for the launch of the first chips.
