Nicușor Dan declared that Romania has surpassed a dangerous zone, emphasizing the predictability of the economy. Although he acknowledges that government measures, such as VAT and excise tax increases, have burdened the lives of some Romanians, he believes that the alternative would have been much worse, involving severe economic blockages. Dan estimates that the economy could re-enter a positive trajectory starting in 2027.
