The giant Maspex Romania has finalized its takeover bid for Purcari Wineries, acquiring 71% of the shares. The acquisition reflects the group's expansion strategy in the alcoholic beverage sector, with the aim of developing the Purcari brand on international markets. Purcari, with over 190 years of history, is a premium wine producer recognized in Central and Eastern Europe. The transaction will be completed once the shares have been settled and the necessary approvals have been obtained.
