Horia Solar Invest Two S.R.L. from Arad County is developing a photovoltaic project with the Bulgarians from CCE and Renalfa Solarpro Group, with the transaction completion estimated for 2026

The photovoltaic project developed by Horia Solar Invest Two S.R.L. involves collaboration between CCE, an integrated photovoltaic project operator, and Renalfa Solarpro Group, a Bulgarian company in the renewable energy sector. CCE, with a portfolio of over 7.2 GW, benefits from the legal assistance of CMS for the structure and negotiation of the sale-purchase contract.

The completion of the transaction, subject to suspensive conditions, is estimated for the first quarter of 2026. The CMS team, coordinated by Rodica Manea, has provided support in various fields, including energy and real estate.
