Banca Transilvania announced that Lion Capital has exceeded the 5% ownership threshold, reaching 5.25% on October 7. This participation amounts to approximately 1.6 billion lei, representing Lion Capital's largest investment. As of June 30, Lion Capital held 45.8 million TLV shares, and Banca Transilvania is valued at 30.5 billion lei, with a 23.4% increase in shares this year.
