The BET index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange increased by 0.88%, and the other indices also recorded significant gains.

The Bucharest Stock Exchange had a positive day, with the main BET index increasing by 0.88%, reaching 28,579.34 points. The BET-Plus index closed with a growth of 0.84%, while BET-BK, the benchmark for investment funds, also advanced by 0.84%. The BET-NG index, which reflects energy companies, recorded an appreciation of 1.24%.


Additionally, BET-XT, which includes the 25 most liquid stocks, rose by 0.97%, and BET-FI, the SIF index, saw an increase of 1.76%. The most liquid shares were those of Hidroelectrica, Banca Transilvania, and Romgaz.


The largest increases were observed in the shares of Energopetrol (+14.13%), Condmag (+3.85%), and Longshield Investment Group (+3.56%), while significant declines were recorded by Armătura (-7.76%), UAMT (-5.14%), and Casa de Bucovina-Club de Munte (-4.19%).
