Additionally, the British pound was quoted at 5.7849 lei, down from 5.8158 lei. The Swiss franc had a quote of 5.4481 lei, down from a previous rate of 5.4594 lei. In contrast, gold recorded a slight increase, being quoted at 590.0719 lei per gram, compared to 590.0213 lei. These fluctuations reflect the dynamics of the currency and precious metals markets.
