The 'CEE-BOTOȘANI' project will include 180 Siemens Gamesa SG 6.6-170 SG 6.6-170 Siemens Gamesa turbines and will surpass in size the Markbygden wind farm in Sweden. With an estimated investment of over €1bn, the complex could turn Romania into a major exporter of green energy. Eurowind is also close to completing another wind farm in Constanta.
