Dragoș Pîslaru, the Minister of Investments, has made a call to the political class, trade unions, and employees in the public sector to support the unified salary law, essential for obtaining 770 million euros from the PNRR.

Pîslaru emphasized that this is the last week in which a political agreement can be reached, considering the deadline of August 31. The law, postponed for four years, aims to correct salary inequalities and establish a predictable framework for public spending. The project provides for salary increases for over two-thirds of employees and ensures that no income will decrease.

Pîslaru mentioned that disinformation and political campaigns have affected support for the law, but assured that significant improvements have been made, especially in the fields of health and education.

He called for responsibility from political leaders and the union, emphasizing the importance of this reform for the future of public sector employees.
