The agreement, signed by the management of both companies, aims to develop integrated solutions that respond to market demands and increase operational efficiency. Areas of interest include operational and maintenance services, equipment rental, engineering consulting, and professional training programs.

Baker Hughes will provide expertise in engineering and integrated services, ensuring stability and technological advantage for Geoinform, which is a key provider in Central and Eastern Europe. András Dianovszki, the general director of Geoinform, emphasized the importance of this partnership for creating high-quality technical solutions and supporting sustainable operations in the energy sector. The collaboration will contribute to strengthening Geoinform's role in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, through the implementation of modern technologies developed by Baker Hughes. Geoinform, founded in 1993, offers specialized services in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons and geothermal energy, having extensive experience in the field.
