Alexander Bochev, president of the Bulgarian National Real Estate Association, expects property prices to increase by 18% in 2025, similar to trends seen in Croatia before the adoption of the euro. Increased demand, the completion of 95,000 residential transactions in 2024 and rising household incomes have contributed to this advance. After 2025, prices are expected to stabilize, with annual growth of around 6-10%.
