Auto Rabla 2026: Over 11,000 applications submitted for the first time since opening / For motorcycles, the budget was exhausted in 9 minutes

Over 11,000 funding applications were submitted for the first time since the start of the 2026 "Rabla" program session aimed at individuals, announced on Monday, the Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) on its Facebook page. Moreover, the budget allocated for the purchase of motorcycles was exhausted in the first 9 minutes.

The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) opened on Monday at 10:00 AM the registration session for the 2026 Auto Rabla Program aimed at individuals. For the first time, 11,289 applications were submitted, and the funds allocated for the Motorcycle Rabla program were quickly exhausted, in about nine minutes.

The total budget for this stage is 300 million lei, and the eco-vouchers offered range from 10,000 for the purchase of a new vehicle with a thermal propulsion system, including LPG/CNG, or a motorcycle, to 18,500 lei for the purchase of a new pure electric vehicle or a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.

The president of AFM, Florin Bănică, emphasized the importance of transparency in the registration process by providing an informative video material. Individuals can request a maximum of two eco-vouchers, and documents such as the funding application and tax certificates are required for registration.
