AROBS Transilvania Software, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has announced the acquisition of a 65% majority stake in Gess Engineering, a Romanian company specialized in testing and integration solutions for vehicles. This is AROBS's third transaction this year, following the attraction of 30 million euros for growth through mergers and acquisitions. Gess Engineering, founded in 2018, generated revenues of approximately 22 million lei in 2024 and will continue to be led by the current team. The transaction will enhance AROBS's engineering capabilities in the automotive field and will allow for the delivery of more complex solutions. This will contribute to the expansion of the client portfolio and the integration of the technical expertise of both companies.
