An analysis by five elements digital shows a significant increase in online searches for apartments in Bucharest, while nationally there is a slight decrease. Rising prices, inflation and rising interest rates are affecting buyers' interest, but investors are turning to investment alternatives. There is also an increase in searches for rentals.
