The Agroland Group reported a 65% increase in net profit in the first nine months of the year, reaching 9.5 million lei, while sales grew by 13%, totaling 299 million lei. The company presents its development strategy until 2030, aiming for sales of 200 million euros through vertical integration, digitalization, and expansion in Western Europe.
Horia Cardoș, the founder and CEO of Agroland, emphasized the importance of external expansion and the acquisition of stores in Western Europe. The retail division operated 249 stores nationwide, while the Food division recorded a 55% increase in turnover. The Agroland Vision 2030 strategy includes significant investments in production capacities and the expansion of the retail network, aiming to become a regional leader in agribusiness. The company plans to list its shares on the Main Market of the BVB by 2028 and to achieve an EBITDA margin of 12% by 2030.
