Affidea Romania announces the acquisition of five medical centers, including the Phoenix clinics in Bucharest, Arad, Sf. Gheorghe, Sighetu Marmației, and the GMH Clinic in the Capital, thus reaching a total of 81 clinics in 33 cities. This expansion underscores Affidea's commitment to providing quick access to high-quality medical services, closer to patients, and marks the entry into new cities such as Sf. Gheorghe and Sighetu Marmației.

The new clinics will offer advanced imaging services, including MRI and ultrasounds, as well as specialist consultations in various medical fields. Răzvan Predica, Cluster CEO of Affidea, emphasized the importance of this investment to meet the needs of communities in Romania and to build a more accessible and efficient healthcare system. Affidea Romania is part of the Affidea Group, the largest European network of integrated medical services, operating approximately 420 centers in 15 countries.
