According to the ONRC, the number of dissolved firms increased by 6.81% in the first four months of 2025, reaching 17,253. Most dissolutions occurred in Bucharest (3,375) and Cluj (1,001), with significant increases in Maramureș, Olt and Neamț counties. The field with the most dissolutions is trade, with 4,119 cases, although it registered a decrease of 2.74% compared to last year. In April 2025, 4,506 dissolutions were reported, most in Bucharest.
