On January 11, American immigration agents (ICE) in Boston arrested Ionuț Andrei Stamatin, a Romanian citizen illegally in the United States, accused of serious sexual offenses against minors. He faces charges for paying for sexual acts with a minor under 18, enticing a child under 16 for sexual purposes, and attempting to commit a crime.
