A bizarre incident took place in Bologna, Italy, where a 35-year-old Romanian man ripped a traffic sign post from the ground and carried it through the streets, causing panic among passersby. The incident occurred in broad daylight, in a crowded area, and the man, in an evident state of agitation, began to hit the post until he detached it from the ground.

Terrified passersby alerted the police, and carabinieri teams quickly intervened, recovering the post and identifying the suspect. The Romanian was investigated for aggravated destruction and handed over to the Immigration Office for repatriation. The Bologna court validated the expulsion order, prohibiting his re-entry into Italy for a period of five years. The post will be reinstalled on the street.
