A serious accident occurred on Monday, August 31, in Milan, where Gheorghe Neagoș, a 52-year-old Romanian, was hit and dragged several meters by a concrete mixer. The victim, known to be homeless and living in the Brenta area, crossed the street when the pedestrian light was red.
The concrete mixer started from the traffic light and could not avoid the impact. The doctors, who intervened quickly, were unable to save his life, declaring death at the scene.
