According to an analysis by CJI, the use of social networks increases significantly in the summer months, with young people spending an average of 6 hours a day on social media. Preferences shift to entertainment platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Studies suggest that free time on vacation has implications for cognitive development and school performance. CJI is implementing a media literacy program to develop young people's media literacy skills, offering courses and resources for teachers and students.
