A young man from Bucharest was detained for contracting loans in his boyfriend's name, using his details and the trust he had gained.

The young man from Bucharest, aged 24, is being investigated for computer fraud after obtaining two personal loans, totaling 100,000 lei, in the name of his 28-year-old boyfriend. He recruited him on a dating site for gay individuals, claiming to be a lawyer. After they moved in together, he accessed his boyfriend's phone to contract the loans and changed the login details in the banking app to withdraw the money. The police conducted a search and detained the suspect for 24 hours.
