The tragedy took place on Wednesday night, and police arrived on the scene and pronounced the young man dead. Investigations are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances of the incident. Both the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Bucharest Tribunal and the Homicide Department are investigating the case.
