Significant runoff is expected on slopes and rapid floods on small rivers, with risks of exceeding alert levels in the counties of Maramureș, Satu Mare, Bistrița-Năsăud, Cluj, Bihor, Sălaj, Hunedoara, Arad, and Alba. Authorities recommend that the population avoid areas prone to flooding and protect personal belongings.
